He was a member of the Smith Street Church of Christ in South Fulton,TN and had retired from the former Reelfoot Packing Company in Union City,TN. He was a U. S. Army veteran serving in the Korean War. He had lived in this area all of his life.
He is survived by his wife - Fay (Burton) West of South Fulton, TN.
They married November 24, 1954. A son - Mike West of Troy, TN;
2 grandchildren: Jordan West and Josh West both of Troy, TN.
A sister - Sue Wright of Mayfield, KY and a brother - Lamar West of Pilot Oak, KY.
He was preceded in death by his parents- Irene (Sullins) & Charlie West , 2 brothers - Joe West and Henry West and a half brother - Ray Cox.
He is survived by his wife - Fay (Burton) West of South Fulton, TN.
