Henry Curtis Murphy

December 12, 1916 — June 14, 2008

He had been a maintenance supervisor for the former Henry I. Siegel Clothing Company in Fulton,KY and South Fulton, TN.
He was a member of the South Fulton Methodist Church and was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in World War II. He was also a member of the American Legion. He had lived most of his life in Wingo, KY and South Futlon,TN.

He is survived by a son - David Murphy of South Fulton TN and a
daughter Lana Parker also of South Fulton TN. 4 grandchildren -
Josh Murphy, Robert Murphy, Barbara McClanahan, and Lori Pinion all of South Fulton TN.
4 great grandchildren - Allison Murphy of Murray KY. Holly McClanahan, Emily Pinion, and Cory Pinion all of South Fulton TN. 1 brother - Glenn Murphy of Alexandria LA.

He was preceded in death by his wife - Vivian Elizabeth Choate Murphy,(10-26-2002), his parents -Henry Clarence Murphy & May Kimbell Murphy, a daughter - Barbara Gail Murphy, 1 sister - Modean Puckett and 1 brother
Raymond Puckett.

Funeral services for Mr. Curtis Murphy will be held at 3PM Monday in our funeral chapel. Burial will follow in the Pleasant View Memorial Gardens. Friends may call the funeral home from 5 to 8 Sunday and anytime Monday until the funeral hour. Memorials may be made to the South Fulton United Methodist Church Music Fund or Children's Fund.
