She was a retired employee of Martin Manufacturing Co. and was of Baptist Faith. She has lived in this area all of her lifetime.
She is survived by 4 daughters- Helen Wray of Dukedom, TN, Patsy
Tibbs of Paris, TN, Kathie Labadie of Springfield, TN and
Sharon Whidden of Polk City Fl . 4 - sons- Kenneth Tibbs of
Bardwell, KY, Ronnie Tibbs of Dukedom, TN, Roger Tibbs of Dresden, TN, and Steve Tibbs of South Fulton, TN. She has 19 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren as well as a
brother, Gilbert Simon, South Fulton, TN and a sister Dorothy Jenkins of St. Joseph, MI.
She was preceded in death by her husband Luther Bert Tibbs (5/14/2002) her parents Lee and Mallie Wray Simon and a daughter Peggy Marr.
