She was a member of the Riceville Baptist Church in Fulton,KY and
also had been a seamstress for the Henry I. Siegel Clothing Company in South Fulton,TN. She had lived in Carlisle Co. and Fulton Co., KY most of her life.
She is survived by 2 daughters: Patricia Ann Speed of South Fulton,TN and Phyllis Joy Thompson of Glendale, AZ. 4 grandchildren , 7 great
grandchildren & 1 great great grandchild; 4 sisters: Kathryn Eppes of Cario, IL, Anna Hayden of Beulah, KY, Carolyn King of Bardwell,KY and Joyce Ann Rust of Arlington, KY. A brother - Sammie Garber of Arlington, KY.
She was preceded in death by her husband- Bevel Bandy Carlisle,
her parents- Ara (Whitlow) and Russell Logan Garber and a sister-
Jean Rowland.
Funeral services for Mrs. Carlisle
will be held at 1 pm Saturday, December 16, 2006 at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel with burial in the Obion Co. Memorial Gardens. Visitation for Mrs. Carlisle will be from 10 am Saturday until the funeral hour.
