Harold L. Carr

Mr. Harold L. Carr, age 93, of Hickman, KY, passed away on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at his residence.

He was born on December 20, 1926 to the late Leonard Carr and Daisy (Everett) Carr in Fulton County, KY.

Mr. Carr was a veteran of the United States Army and served in World War II. He also worked as a deckhand for the Hickman-Dorena Ferry.

He is survived by his wife Rena Margaret (Dunn) Carr of Hickman, KY; sons Johnny Carr, Steve Carr, and David Carr, all of Hickman, KY; a daughter Daisy Brooks of North East, MD; sisters Sallye Courtwright and Anita Carr, both of  Shreveport, LA; several grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and several great great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Carr is preceded in death by his daughter, Evelyn Shelby, 3 brothers and one sister.

A private memorial service will be held.
