Mr. Guy Earle of Fulton, died Wednesday at the Volunteer Community Hospital in Martin, TN.
He was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in South Fulton, TN and was a Metro Motor Sergent in Las Vegas, NV, from 1965 to 1986. He had retired as the Fulton City Chief of Police in 1999 and also as an agent for
the Gaming Control Board in Las Vegas, NV. He was a Master Mason of Roberts Lodge #172 in Fulton, KY and a member of the Fulton Rotary Club. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was born in Fulton, KY and lived most of his life here and in Las Vegas, NV.
He is survived by his wife Nancy J. (Burden) Earle to whom he married January 27, 1960,in Las Vegas, NV, a daughter, Deanna J. Earle Tull Crippen of Las Vegas, NV, a nephew, Wiley Pinson, Sr. of Fulton, KY, two grandchildren,
James Tull and wife Kristi of Paris,TN, and Guy I. Tull and wife Meredith of Las Vegas, NV,
and five great grandchildren, Kimberly and Austin Tull of Paris, TN, and Kelsey, Hayden,
and Oliver Tull of Las Vegas, NV.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marilyn (Newton)& Lee Eldon Earle and a sister.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Monday, December 29, 2008 at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the Palestine Cemetery. Visitation for Mr. Earle will be from 12 noon Monday until the funeral hour.
