He was retired and was an assembly line worker at the Ford Motor Company and he was also a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He is survived by 3 sons: Charles (Juana) D. Spinks of Detroit, MI, Daryll Eugene Spinks - Detroit, MI and Keylon (Yviishari) Mack of
Buffalo, NY; a daughter- Tammy L. (James) Honorable of Detroit, MI. A stepson - Jared Moore of Union City, TN. A sister - Mrs. Daisy Spinks Noonan of South Fulton, TN, 16 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents-Flora (Hayes) and Essex
Spinks, and 2 sons - Mark Anthony Spinks and Lawrence Irvin Spinks.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 27th at the Greenlea Cemetery in Fulton,KY. No visitation will be held at the funeral home. Family and friends may meet at the cemetery for services.
