Gene Crutchfield

Mr. Gene D. Crutchfield, 81, of South Fulton, TN
passed away Monday, July 11, 2022  at the Van Ayer
Healthcare and Rehab in Martin, TN.

He was born on September 5, 1940 in Chicago, IL to
the late Harold and Ruby Lee Nelson.

Gene worked for Collins and Aikman as a technical representative.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Powell Crutchfield, whom he married
April 15, 1992, three daughters: Angelia Evans of South Fulton, TN,
Michele Johnson of Salem, WI and Susan Mannina of Antioch, IL,
a son David Parrish of Paducah, KY, five grandchildren: Ryan Lucas
of Antioch, IL, Scott Johnson of Salem, WI, Alexia Lowrance of 
Clinton, KY, Zakary Evans of Fort Riley, KS and Lawson Parrish
of Paducah, KY and nine great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother
Bill Crutchfield and a sister, Carol Rodriguez.

Memorial services will be held at 11AM Thursday, July 14, 2022
in our funeral chapel. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from
9AM Thursday until the hour of service.
