Gary Guertin Sr.

He was born on June 8, 1947 in Fulton, New York to the late
Joseph Guertin and Helen Louise Guernsey Clothier Guertin.

Garry was a member of the East Hickman Baptist Church ,
where he was a song leader for several years. He was also a
United States Navy veteran, where he served in Vietnam. 
Garry was a truck driver instructor and moved to Hickman
in 1991. He was the owner and operator of the former
Wes's Barbecue Restaurant. 

He is survived by his wife, Vanessa Lee Guertin of Hickman, KY
his children: Carrie Jo Matzen of Hickman, KY, Garry Joseph 
Guertin, Jr of Litchfield Park, AZ and Kennith Isaac Guertin of
Sunset Beach, NC, ten grandchildren, one great-grandchild and a
sister, Gayland Darling of Hickman, KY.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister,
Patricia Kimball. 

There will be no services held at the funeral home. Hornbeak
Funeral Chapel-Hickman is in charge of cremation arrangements.
