Frances Choate

Mrs. Frances Choate, age 83, of Niceville, FL and formerly of this area passed away Saturday, February 5, 2022 at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center in Fort Walton Beach, FL.

She was born on August 5, 1938 in Latham, TN to the late William Guy Payne and Lela Ozell Boyd Payne.

Mrs. Frances was a member of South Fulton Baptist Church and was a retired Beautician. 

She is survived by her husband, Cecil Ray Choate, whom she married March 24, 1956, a daughter Connie Choate of Omaha, NE, a son Christopher Cecil Choate (Tina) Colonel USAF (Ret) of Niceville, FL, two grandchildren: Brandon Cecil Choate (Cori)  and Jason Christopher Choate all of Orlando, FL, two sisters: Carolyn Milford of Columbus, OH and Guynell Pierce of South Fulton, TN. 

Funeral services will be held at 11AM Saturday, February 12, 2022 in our funeral chapel with burial to follow in the Obion County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5-8PM Friday.
