She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Fulton,KY and was a homemaker. She had lived in this area most of her lfe.
She is survived by 2 sons: Jerry Mack Counce of Venice, FL
& Melvin Keith Counce of Horn Lake, MS and 6 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband- Dyer Manley Counce, her
parents- William Jarrette "W. J." & Anna Netherland McKinney, a daughter - Lana Jo Batts, four
brothers: Herschel Lee McKinney, John Dee McKinney, Taylor Morris
McKinney and Raymond Tyrus McKinney.
Graveside services for Mrs. Counce will be held at 10 am Saturday, December 16, 2006 at the Obion Co. Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 9 am Sat. until time to leave for the cemetery for services.
