Mr. Eugene Bard, age 85, of South Fulton, TN died Thursday, Feb. 26, 2015 at his residence.
He was a member of the Smith Street Church of Christ, a self employed
farmer, carpenter and a former teacher at South Fulton High School.
He lived all of his life in this area.
He is survived by his wife, Joann Smith Bard whom he married November
12, 1950, two children; Bill (Ginger) Bard of Fulton, KY, Jennifer (Jay) Roney of South Fulton, TN, eight grandchildren; Ann Bard of Fulton, KY, Sarah Jane Bard of Fulton, KY, Virginia Rice of South Fulton, TN, Brian McKendree of Jackson, TN, Johnna McKendree Croy of Toledo, OH, Charles Roy Johns of Royers Ford, PA, Joanna Roney of South Fulton, TN, Jack Roney of South Fulton, TN, five great grandchildren; George Croy and Addy Croy both of Toledo, OH, Clark and Nolan Rice both of South Fulton, TN, Lucas Johns of Royer Ford, PA.
He is preceded in death by a daughter Julie Bernier, his parents Roy
and Lucille Browder Bard, a sister Mary Lou Bard and a brother Glen
Bard.
Funeral services will be held a 11AM Saturday in our funeral chapel with burial to follow in the Palestine Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9AM Saturday until the service hour.
