Ember Lynn Hodge, 2 month old infant of South Fulton, TN died September 3, 2011 at the Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in Nashville, TN.
Ember is survived by her mother Melanie Hodge of South Fulton, TN and her father Nicky Snyder of Paducah, KY; Maternal grandparents Debbie Hodge and David Hodge, both of South Fulton, TN; Paternal grandparents
William & Laura Snyder of Fulton, KY and Elaine Sugita of Rialto, CA.
Maternal great grandparents Evonne Allen of South Fulton, TN, and the late W.E. "Buck"
Allen, Christine and Dudley Hodge of South Fulton,TN, the late William Dudley Snyder who was from Peru,IN, Ella Summers of Paducah, KY and the late Ralph R. Summers who was from Hickman,KY; Sandra Scurlock of Troy, TN and the late Nicky Scurlock, the late Joyce Barber who was from South Fulton,TN.
A memorial service will be held at 4 pm Saturday, Sept. 10 at The People Place Assembly of God in South Fulton, TN. Visitation will also be at the church from 3 pm until the hour of service.
