Dorothy Virginia McCarty

Mrs. Dorothy Virginia McCarty of Fulton, KY. and formerly of Hickman, KY.
passed away Saturday evening at Fulton Nursing and Rehab.
Dorothy was born in Obion County, TN. on July 22, 1945 to the late
Robert Lee Higgins and Dessie Bea Henderson Higgins. She was a retired homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
Dorothy is survived by her sons;  Johnny Brown (Renee) of
Fulton, KY. and James Robert Brown of Fulton, KY., four
grandchildren;  Michael Shane Brown (Tara) of Fulton, KY.,
Brooke Amberg (Ryan) of Fulton, KY., Victoria Zalucki (Pete)
of Fulton, KY. and Kevin Moran (Kala) of Martin, TN., 
ten great grandchildren;  John Michael Brown, Elizabeth Faye
Brown, P. J. Nelms, Gracie Amberg, Parker Amberg, Gaberial 
Zalucki, Cayden Zalucki, Eli Zalucki, Thomas Zalucki and Abby
Moran, two brothers, Sammy Higgins of Cayce, KY. and 
Johnny Higgins (Jean) of Indiana.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James Edward
Brown, a son, Dale Junior Brown (Cookie), a daughter, Dorothy
Faye Brown, and two brothers.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday at 2 PM at Hickman
City Cemetery.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 11 AM
Tuesday until time to leave for the cemetery.
