Donald Livingston

Mr. Donald Lewis Livingston, age 84, of South Fulton, TN passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.

He was born on February 3, 1939 in Binghamton, NY

to the late Lewis Myron Livingston and Pearle Belle

Freed Livingston.

Donald was a member of the Trinity Episcopal Church

in Fulton, KY for over 50 years. He had worked for the

former Carborundum in Hickman, KY and Stanley Jones

Corporation in South Fulton, TN. Donald was a former Boy

Scout Leader for Troop 43 in Fulton, a member of the Fulton

Genealogical Society. He had published two books and was a

Civil War Reenactor, CBSP 4th TN Infantry. Donald also mapped

numerous cemeteries in and around Fulton County, KY.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Joan Cory Livingston, whom he

married December 30, 1961, a son Troy Donald (Charlotte)

Livingston of Union City, TN, a daughter Kim Cory (Les)

Kelly of Mayfield, KY, four grandchildren: Maegan (Nick) Scott

of Fulton, KY, Garrett Kelly (Faith) O'Neill of Fulton, KY,

Lauren (Josh) Evans of Wickliff, KY, his great-grandchildren:

Cooper Scott, Gabriel Scott, Vaeda Kelly, Kaiden O'Neill,

Sierra Kelly, Olivia Evans and Avery Evans and a brother,

Richard (Debbie) Livingston of Portland, TN.

Memorial services will be held at 2 pm Sunday, February 19 at the

Trinity Episcopal Church in Fulton, KY. Visitation will be

held at the Trinity Episcopal Church from 1 pm until the hour of service.

Memorials may be made to the Trinity Episcopal Church , 1100 Vine Street,

Fulton, KY 42041 or to the Fulton Public Library, 312 Main Street,

Fulton, KY 42041.

To Kim, Les, Joan and all the Livingston family...Pease accept my sincere condolences. I first met Don 30 years ago when Les was doing some carpentry work on my house. While getting acquainted, we found that we shared a love of genealogy and this area's history. Don did so much good genealogy work over the years and left a legacy that will serve many for years to come.
