Deloris Ann Lowe

Mrs. Deloris Ann Lowe, age 63 of Union City, TN and formerly of Fulton, KY died January 28, 2013 at the Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah.

She was a member of the Lords Church in Martin, TN and had been
an inspector for the former Sharon Manufacturing and Martin
Manufacturing Company.

She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Michael Lowe of Union
City, TN, a daughter Michelle Moore of Martin, TN and a son William Wayne Harelson of Crossville, TN; four grandchildren, two great
grandchildren, a sister Peggy Vickers of Sharon, TN, a brother
Jerry Chappell of Santa Rosa, New Mexico, and several nieces and
nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Mary Alice (Huggins) and
Walter Roy Chappell, two sisters and two brothers.

Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Saturday, Feb. 2 at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel and interment will be in the Obion Co. Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5-8 pm Friday and after 8 am Saturday until the funeral hour.
