Daynon Dean Morrison

Mr. Daynon Dean Morrison, age 90, of the McConnell community died Monday, May 4, 2015 at Martin Healthcare in Martin, TN.
He was of the Baptist faith and had been an electrican for the IBEW #1925. He had served in World War II in the U.S. Navy and had lived in the McConnell community all of his life.
He is survived by his children: Gary Morrison, Rosemary (Johnny) Arview, all of McLeansboro, IL, Jeff (Nan) Morrison of Eldorado, IL, Katie (Jimmy) McMinn of Martin, TN, Ronnie Cashion of Dresden,TN and Debbie (Mike)Moss of Marin, TN; 15 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren, a sister Judy Hazelwood and a brother Billy (Shirley)Morrison, all of Martin, TN.
He was preceded in death by his wife Ruth (Mason) Morrison, 12/21/14,
his parents Orvin M. and Lola Brown Morrison, 2 brothers Herbert L.
Morrison, James M. Morrison and a sister Mary Wilson.
Funeral service will be 1 pm Thursday, May 7 at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel with interment in the Sandy Branch Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5-8 pm Wednesday. A Masonic service will be conducted at the funeral home at 7 pm Wed.
