Charles David Burnham

Mr. Charles David Burnham, age 80, of Pilot Oak, KY passed
away Sunday, August 27, 2023 at his residence. 

He was born on May 14, 1943 in Graves County, KY to the 
late Wallace Burnham and Florence Boyd Burnham.

David was a member of the Pilot Oak Baptist Church and was a 
United States Air Force veteran where he served in Vietnam.
He was a retired union carpenter for the Carpenters Union
Local # 357. 

He is survived by his wife, Mary Thompson Burnham, whom he 
married June 27, 1963, two daughters: Renita (Ted) Cantrell of 
Palmersville, TN and Lisa (Terry) Odle of Dresden, TN, 
six grandchildren: Eric (Kaitlin) Cantrell of Palmersville, TN, 
Neil (Kameron) Cantrell of Palmersville, TN, Maegan (Zach) 
Jolley of Dresden, TN, Garison Smith of Dresden, TN, Kyle (Lindsey) 
Odle of Dresden, TN and Brandon Odle of Dresden, TN, eight great-
grandchildren: David Odle, Blayne Odle, Benton Odle, Josie Jolley, 
Grayson Odle, Livi Jolley, Savvy Cantrell and Baby Cantrell arriving 
February 2024, a sister Charlene Davis of Granite City, IL and a brother,
Jimmy Burnham of Clinton, KY.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers:
Carl Burnham and Billy Joe Burnham.

Funeral services will be held at 11AM Wednesday, August 30, 2023 in
our funeral chapel with burial to follow in the Pilot Oak Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5-8PM Tuesday and after 9AM Wednesday until the hour of service.
