Daniel S. Kraus

Mr. Daniel S. Kraus of Los Angeles CA, formerly of Marshall Co. KY died April 4, 2012 at the Glendale Memorial Hospital in Glendale CA.
Mr. Daniel S. Kraus returned to the Kentucky Lake area in 1998,
taking residence in the Sledd Creek Community in Marshall
County, KY. after having resided in CA for most of his life, then
returned to CA in 2005 until his death. He was co owner with the
late Ivan M. Jones, Jr. of the Dan Kraus Designs, Inc. in Los Angeles CA. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was also a writer for the Stars & Stripes
Magazine and an avid horticulturist.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel and Dorothea
(DeHaven) Kraus and his companion, Ivan M. Jones, Jr.
Funeral services will be held at 2PM Sunday in our funeral chapel. Burial will follow in the Greenlea Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 12 Noon Sunday until the service hour.
