Charles Moon

September 8, 1926 — September 30, 2014

Mr. Charles Moon of Fulton died September 30, 2014 at the Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY.

He was a member of Boaz Chapel Primitive Baptist Church where he
served as a deacon, was a veteran of the United States Army where
he served in World War II. He was a graduate of Murray State University and received Murray State University Alumni Award for Distingished Services to Agriculture and Alma Mater, Historic Angus Herd Award. He was a Agriculture teacher, a President office holder of State and District Aberdeen Angus Association, a leader in FFA and 4-H Chapters. He lived all of his life
in this area.

He is survived by his wife, Ramona (Chapell) Moon of Fulton,KY, a son, Mark (Jeannie)Moon, two daughters; Marta Coleman and Jennie (Terry) Rudolph all of Fulton, KY, ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Martin C. and Ruth (Morris)
Moon.

Funeral services for Mr. Charles Moon will be held at 1 pm Friday, Oct. 3 in our funeral chapel with entombment to follow at the Obion Co. Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5-8 pm Thursday and anytime Friday until the funeral hour.
