Charles D. "Charlie" King

Mr. Charles D. King, 93, of Hickman died November 19, 2020 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.

He was a retired foreman with the Kentucky State Road Department.  After his retirement he was a self-employed farmer on his land.  Mr. “Charlie D” was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, November 22, 2020 at the Hickman City Cemetery. Bro. Tom Quimby will be officiating the service.

Mr. “Charlie D” is survived by his son David (Denise) King of Kiln, MS, daughter Dee Anne (Trent Wilson) King of Ruskin, FL, five grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred King, parents, Harry and Bessie King, brother, James Austin King and sister Anna Lynn Cole.

The family request that in lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials be made to St. Jude Tribute Program, P. O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis TN 38148-0142.
