Carol J Bennett

Carol J. Bennett of Fulton, Ky. died Sunday at Baptist Memorial Hospital in
Union City, Tn.

She had moved to this area in 1992 from New Jersey, was a waitress at
the former Park Terrace Restaurant and attended Mt. Carmel Baptist
Church.

She was survived by her husband, Charles F. Bennett of Fulton, Ky., one
daughter, Robin Doescher of Florence, S. C., two step daughters, Gina
Bennett Wall and LeAnne Bennett Perry, both of South Fulton, Tn., two
stepsons, Jonny Bennett of Athens, Al., and Temmy Bennett of Fulton, Ky.,
three grandchildren, Roy Hagan of Mayfield, Ky., Chris Besner of Almo, Ky.,
Jesse Doescher of Florence, S.C., nine step grandchildren, four step
great grandchildren, two sisters and two brothers.

She is preceded in death by her first husband, James Caruthers "Jimmy"
Barham, her parents, Joseph and Ada Messmer and one sister.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel.
Friends may call on Monday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. or anytime Tuesday
after 8 a.m. until the funeral hour. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in
Weakley County, Tn.
