Capt. Hendon "O" Wright, Jr. USN (Ret.)

He was a retired Captain with the U.S. Navy. He served our country
all over the world for 30 years, also served in Vietnam and the Cuban
Missle Crisis. He graduated the U.S. Naval Academy
in 1960 in Annapolis, Maryland; Naval Post Graduate School in 1967,
graduated Naval War College with Highest Distinction in New Port, RI
in 1974. He attended the First United Methodist Church in Murray, KY.

He is survived by a son - Hendon O. "Hank" Wright III of Potomac
Falls, VA; 2 daughters: Wendy Wyatt of Springfield, VA and
Penelope "Penny" Moore of Maryville, IL.

He was preceded in death by his wife -Ruth (Caldwell) Wright,
his parents- Hendon O. "Doc" Wright & Mary Nelle (McDade) Wright.

Funeral services for Captain Wright will be held at 2 pm Saturday, November 18, 2006 at the First United Methodist Church in Fulton, KY. Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from noon until the funeral hour.
Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Men's Organization in Fulton,KY.
