Bobby Vowell, Sr

Mr. Bobby Vowell, Sr, age 88, of South Fulton, TN passed
away Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at the Jackson-Madison
County Hospital in Jackson, TN. 

He was born on December 16, 1934 in Bruceton, TN
to the late Harvey and Tessie Hardin Vowell.

Bobby was a member of the South Fulton Baptist 
Church and was a United States Air Force veteran.
He was a mechanic for the former Henry I. Siegel,
where he worked for 32 years. 

He is survived by his wife Mattie O'Neal Vowell of
South Fulton, TN, his children: Bobby Joe Vowell 
of South Fulton, TN, James Edward "Jimmy" Vowell 
of Hickman, KY and Jeffery Wayne "Jeff" Vowell
of South Fulton, TN, three grandchildren: Krystal Lynn
Johnson of Mayfield. KY, Amanda Marie Pancia of 
Louisiana and Jackson Tyler Vowell of South Fulton, TN,
four great grandchildren: Lukas and Madilyn Johnson
both of Mayfield, KY, Hailey and Jordan Pancia both of
Louisiana. 

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death four brothers:
Joe Vowell, Jimmy Vowell, Dudley Vowell, Jack Vowell and three
sisters: Marge Lloyd, Jane Thompson and Jacklyn Smith.

Funeral services will be held at 1PM Saturday, January 28,
2023 in our funeral chapel. Visitation will be held at the funeral
home from 11AM Saturday until the hour of service.
