Bobby Joe Ross

Mr. Bobby Joe Ross, age 76, of Benton, IL, formerly of Hickman, KY, passed away at the VA hospital in Marion, IL on Saturday, July 17, 2021.

He was born February 19, 1945 in Fulton County, KY to the late James & Marie Ross. He retired from the railroad industry and was of the Baptist faith.

Mr. Ross is survived by his sons, Kevin Ross, Bobby Joe Ross, and Cody (Hannah) Ross; daughters, Danelle (Cameron) Acuff and Cindy Ross; brothers, Wayne Ross and Ralph Ross; sisters, Freida Carr, Judy (James) Shell, and Vickie Ross; 10 grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Ross is preceded in death by a grandson, Jerome Ross.

A Memorial Graveside service for Mr. Bobby Joe Ross will be held on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at Hickman City Cemetery with Rev. Charles Southerland officiating.

Family and friends are asked to gather at the Hickman City Cemetery prior to service time Saturday, August 7, 2021.
