Bob Gene Morris

Bob Gene Morris, 78, of Holladay, TN and formerly of this area, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.  Mr. Morris was born on October 29, 1943 in Fulton County, Kentucky and resided here most of his life, was a veteran of the U. S. Marine Corp serving during the Vietnam War.  Later working with the Obion County Sheriff's Department as a Construction Foreman.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Rose Lesperence Morris, his parents, Eddie Lee and Nell Blaylock Morris, two brothers, David Morris and Roy Morris.

He is survived by his three sons, Bob (Angela) Morris, Jr. of Holladay, TN, Shannon (Lisa) Morris of Fulton, Jeff Morris of South Fulton.  Brothers, Morton Morris of Union City, Charles Morris of South Fulton, three sisters, Elaine (George) Allen of South Fulton, Norene Scruggs of Fulton and Kim Smith of Hendersonville, NC.  Three grandchildren, Jessica Bryant of Martin, TN, Lindsay Morris of Chattanooga, TN and Sabrina Yu of Holladay, TN, Sophie Morris of South Fulton and one great granchild.

A private memorial graveside service will be held at a later date.
