Allene Lowry

Mrs. Allene Lowry, 95, of the Pilot Oak community, died Saturday at Green Acres Nursing Home in Mayfield.

She was a member of the Pilot Oak Church of Christ, a homemaker and had lived in the Pilot Oak community most of her life.

She is survived by three grandchildren, Keith (Rita) Lowry, Pilot Oak, Ky., Kris (Lynn)
Lowry, Birmingham, Al., Carmen "Suzy" (Mark Jenkins) Lowry of Albuquerque, N.M.,
eight great-grandchildren, Vincent Lowry, Pilot Oak, Ky., Patrick Lowry, Pilot Oak, Ky.,
Brooke Lowry, Los Angeles, Ca., Drew Lowry, Auburn, Al., Wade Lowry, Auburn, Al.,
Sara Lynn Lowry, Birmingham, Al., Brian McMillin, Fulton, Ky., Jarrod McMillin of Mayfield,
Ky., four great great grandsons and daughter in law, Jan Lowry of Pilot Oak, Ky.

She was preceded in death by her husband, B.G. Lowry, her parents, John and Edith Horn Yates, and one son,Jimmy Lowry.

Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Monday at the Oak Grove Cemetery. Friends may
call at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel on Sunday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. or Monday
from 8 a.m. until time to leave for the cemetery for graveside services.
