Billy Joe Martin, II

Billy Joe Martin, II, 57, of Hickman died at Regional One Hospital in Memphis, TN on September 26, 2017. He was self-employed as a tree trimmer and cutter. Billy Joe also was a veteran of the U. S. Army and a member of the West Baptist Church in Hickman. Survivors include his wife, Antointette (Annie) of Hickman, his father, Billy Joe Martin of Wingo, KY, his mother, Ellen Faye Pratt of Yuba City, CA, son, Alexander Martin of Hickman, eleven other children, brother, Robert Martin of Yuba City, CA, sisters, Teresa Briggs of South Fulton, TN, Mitzi Stiles of Austin, TX and April Wheeler of Hickman, several grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Paul Martin. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, September 29, 2017 at the West Baptist Church in Hickman. Rev. Jason Sipes will officiate with burial following the service in the Hickman City Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 11:30 AM until service time at 2:00 P.M. on Friday at the West Baptist Church.
