Charles Christopher McClure

Charles Christopher “Chris” McClure, 43, died on Monday, January 16, 2017 at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY. Chris was born in Clinton, KY to the late Charles Robert McClure and late Carolyn (Crittenden) King on September 28, 1973. He was of the Pentecostal faith. Chris had worked in and about Hickman as a self-employed handy man. Survivors include his daughters, Samantha McClure of Hickman, Baylon McClure and Christon McClure, both of South Fulton, TN., sister, Tobi McClure and brother-in-law, Gary Moxley of Trenton, TN and nephews, Clayton Sparks and A.J. Moxley, both of Trenton, TN and a special friend, Samantha Black of Union City ,TN. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 20, 2017 at Strong Funeral Home from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at Strong Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Uzzle officiating. Burial will be in the Hickman City Cemetery. Dan Crittenden, Bruce Davis, Tyler Wilson, Kevin Stowe, Kenny Vowell, Bob Anderson, Johnathan Crafton and Tommy Crittenden will serve as pallbearers. The family request that expressions of sympathy be made to Strong Funeral Home for incurring funeral expense.
