Donna Crumble

Mrs. Donna Crumble, 55, of Clinton, KY, formerly of Hickman died on December 16, 2015 at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY. Mrs. Crumble was ordained Baptist minister and a housewife. She was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church in Hickman, KY. She was born in Fulton County, KY on November 26, 1960 to the late George Elmer Sledge and Hattie (Polk) Sledge. In addition to her mother, Hattie Sledge of Hickman, she is survived by her husband, Charles Crumble of Clinton; brothers, Johnny Polk of Dallas, TX, Ricky Polk of Lexington, KY, Jimmy Sledge of Union City, TN and Ronell Sledge of Columbia, MO; sisters, Marnita Gatewood of Bowling Green, KY, Elisa Sledge of Louisville, KY and Georgia Cole of Statesboro, GA and 2 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M .on Saturday, December 19, 2015 at the West Baptist Church in Hickman with Rev. James Roberson officiating. Burial will follow in the Hickman City Cemetery. Friends may call at the West Baptist Church from 12 noon until service time on Saturday.
