Jackie Ligons

Jackie Ligons, 76, of Bardwell, KY, formerly of Hickman, KY died on November 4, 2015 at the Countryside Center in Bardwell, KY. He was born on September 5, 1939 in Nashville, TN to the late Fred Ligons and the late Thelma (Phillips) Ligons. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Norma (Matheny) Ligons and his brother, Doug Ligons. He was a retired machine operator for the John Deere Company in Moline, IL and of Baptist faith. Survivors include his brother, Fred Ligons, Jr. of Martin, TN; sisters, Sarah Wilson of Clinton, KY, Barbara Matheny of East Moline, IL, Kathy Todd of Savannah, TN and Wanda Lowery of Hayden, KY. Graveside Services will be held at 1:30 P.M. on Sunday, November 8, 2015 at the Hickman City Cemetery with Rev. Henry Callison officiating. Burial will follow in the Hickman City Cemetery. Family and friends are ask to meet at the cemetery.
