Gerald Glen Kimbro

Gerald Glen Kimbro, 79, of Hickman died on Thursday morning, October 23, 2014 at his home. He was a retired Unit Administrator with the Kentucky National Guard and was a Marine veteran of the Korean War. Mr. Kimbro was a member of the American Legion in Hickman and a member of the First Pentecostal church in Union City, Tn. Mr. Kimbro was preceded in death by his parents, John Dewey and Lucille Kimbro. Survivors include his wife, Margaret Kimbro of Hickman; son, Steven Lane of Dayton, OH; daughters, Terry Hinton of Marion, KY, Beth Kimbro of Murray, KY, Donna Cloar of Union City, TN, Lorie Griffin of Cayce, KY, Kimberly Zamora of Cheyenne, WY and Jennifer Elliott of Cayce, KY; sisters, Beverly Woods of Columbia, TN, Donna Bohannon of Memphis, TN and Zane Daughtery of Beaver Dam, KY; 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at the First Pentecostal church in Union City, TN with Rev. Billy Uzzle officiating. Burial will be in the Hickman City Cemetery. Visitation is set for Friday, October 24th from 5:00 PM till 7:00 PM at the First Pentecostal church in Union City, TN
