Betty Thomas McMullin

Mrs. Betty McMullin, 81, of Hickman died on Sunday, July 6, 2014 at the Obion County Nursing Home. She was born on April 16, 1933 to the late Russell and Fronnie (Gilliland) Thomas near Hickman, KY. Mrs. McMullin was of Baptist faith and was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene, “Sonny” McMullin. She is survived by her son, Jan Ray Baker of Hickman and sisters, Kathryn Gaskins and Jo Ann Elks, both of Hickman. Funeral services will be held at Strong Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Tom Quimby officiating. Burial will be in the Brownsville Cemetery near Hickman. The family will receive visitor on Tuesday, July 8th after 6:00 P.M. at Strong Funeral Home and again on Wednesday from 11:00 A.M. until service time. Pallbearers will be: Bart Goodman, Walt Goodman, Doug Goodman, Lucas Goodman, Austin Goodman and Mark Phipps.
