Evelyn White Hooker

Mrs. Evelyn White Hooker, 97, of Hickman, KY died at her home on Thursday, June 19, 2014. She had been a bookkeeper at her late husband’s business, Hooker Radio & TV in Hickman. Mrs. Hooker was a member of the First Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Armstrong White and Carrie Jones White; husband, Thomas Hooker, grandson, Steve Hooker, four brothers, Henry White, Harry White, James White and Alvin White ;two sisters, Peggy Langford and Carrie Nell Austin. Mrs. Hooker is survived by her sons, Tommy Hooker of Santa Barbara, CA and William “Bud” Hooker of Huntsville, AL, seven grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, June 22, 2014 at the Hickman City Cemetery with Steve Coulson officiating. Friends may gather at the cemetery prior to 2:00 P.M.
