Donald Reid Cochrum

Mr. Donald Reid Cochrum, 74, passed away on June 23, 2013 at the University of Alabama-Birmingham Medical Center in Birmingham, AL. He was a retired employee of the former Goodyear Tire & Rubber Plant in Union City, TN. Mr. Cochrum was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic church. Survivors include his wife, Glenda Cochrum of Hickman; son, John Claude Cochrum of Jeffersonville, IN; daughter, Leanne Kirchdorfer of Naples, FL; sister, Claudean Cochrum of St. Paul, MN and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Sophia B. Cochrum and son, Clifton Reid Cochrum. Funeral services are set for 11:00 A.M. , Thursday, June 27th at the Sacred Heart Catholic church with Father Eric Riley officiating. Burial will follow in the Hickman City Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the Sacred Heart Catholic church from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday and again at the church on Thursday from 9:00 A.M. until service time.
