Billie Marie Taylor

Mrs. Billie Taylor, 85, of Wilson, NC, formerly of Hickman, KY died on December 24, 2012 at the Parkway Village in Wilson, NC She was born on February 26 1927, in Lake County, TN to the late Henry and Rose Lee Downing. Mrs. Taylor had been a beautician and a member of the West Hickman Baptist Church for many years prior to moving to Wilson, NC. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Rose Lee Downing, husband, Earl Taylor, brother, Bobby Downing and sister, Kate Morrison. Mrs. Taylor is survived by her daughter, Deborah Taylor Kerby and son-in-law, James of Wilson, NC and grandson, Taylor Kerby . Funeral services for Mrs. Taylor will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, December 28, 2012 at Strong Funeral Home with Rev. Henry Callison officiating. Burial will follow in the Hickman City Cemetery. Friends may call at Strong Funeral Home on Friday, December 28th from 12 Noon until service time.
